Expedited shipping charges vary according to the destination address. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Surcharges may be applied for deliveries to locations outside of the metropolitan areas. Note that orders cannot be shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and click on the “Current Orders” link under the “My Orders” box. To view the details of an order, you can click on the order number. If your order has shipped, a "Track" button will be available. Click on the button to be directed to our provider's Web site, which will provide you with shipping details.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours; we process orders on business days only. Any expedited shipping time frames take effect after the order has been processed. Please refer to our Shipping and Handling page for more information on specific shipping methods and time frames.

I selected expedited shipping and I did not get it within that timeframe.

I didn’t receive my order, how can I get a replacement?

We regret that your order didn’t reach you as intended. Please sign in to your account to track your package and verify delivery. Often times,packages are left at the designated address without notification. Please be sure to check around the outside grounds for your package. You may also want to ask neighbours if they received your delivery in your absence. If you still have not found your shipment and the shipping tracking confirms delivery, please contact our Customer Service.

I received the wrong item or I am missing items from my order.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the exact items you ordered. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance, and be sure to provide your order number.

My shipping information is incorrect. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping information once an order has been placed. Our shipping process is highly automated and your order information travels directly to our warehouse as soon as the order has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My order shows that it has shipped and I have received a Shipping Confirmation. There is a tracking number, but no information regarding it.

If your tracking information is not yet available please check again the following business day. Note that although Keurig has your order packaged and ready for pickup by the shipping provider, you will not see any tracking scans until your package has been picked up by the shipping provider. Your order will be processed and picked up on business days only.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

We apologize that your order was not received in its rightful condition. We understand your frustration concerning the state of your order upon its arrival. Keurig makes every effort to adequately pack your shipments to ensure the protection of their contents. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance with your damaged order.

I just ordered on Keurig.ca, but heard Canada post may be on strike soon. Will I receive my order?

Until June 27 inclusively, you can continue ordering on Keurig.ca as usual. We invite you to enter your orders before this date.

For all purchases made after June 27, 2016, we have put in a place a temporary service with UPS. When completing your purchase, you will be able to choose and retrieve your order at your nearest UPS drop off location or service outlet. Here's how it will work:

1.Shop on keurig.ca as usual
2.Choose a UPS drop off location before validating your order
3.Track the delivery of your package with the trackingnumber you will receive by email
4.Track your order on the UPS website
5.You will receive an email from UPS when your package has arrived at the drop off location
6.Retrieve your order at the selected drop off location
7.An ID with proof of residency will be requested
8.Enjoy your Keurig.ca order!

Will I be able to track my UPS order?

Yes, if you ordered after June 27th, you will receive an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number. With that in hand, go to https://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/index.jsx and enter your tracking number in the top left corner's field to see the status with your order
