Unfortunately, once an order is in process, we are unable to edit or cancel the order. Please understand that the ordering process is automated and the orders are printed immediately in our distribution center and processed without delay. You may track your shipment in your Keurig account to determine if someone will be available to refuse the shipment. If you will not be home when the shipment is expected to arrive, please leave a note for the driver to the effect that you do not want your Keurig shipment and it should be returned. If you would like to have Keurig help facilitate this refusal, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after having placed the order.

Please note: you will be charged for this shipment but will be credited when it is returned to us. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience but hope that in the majority of cases our quick processing will work to your advantage.

Coffee Makers

Coffee makers purchased at Keurig.ca carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your Keurig® coffee maker, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, kindly contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-361-5628 or email us using this form. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Your credit will be processed within three to four weeks. The credit will be posted to the associated credit card used to make the purchase.

Accessories

Accessories purchased at Keurig.ca carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with an accessory, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, kindly contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-361-5628 or email us using this form. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. The credit will be processed within three to four weeks. The credit will be posted to the associated credit card used to make the purchase.

Beverages

Beverages, including K-Cup® pods, ground coffee, and whole-bean coffee cannot be returned once they’ve been purchased. This policy extends to unopened beverage products.

2019 Holiday Policy

Our extended return policy applies to items purchased solely on Keurig.ca between the dates of November 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019. Items purchased during this specific period are eligible for return up until January 31, 2020, inclusively. Items purchased prior to this period are not eligible. The extended return policy applies to coffee makers and accessories purchased at Keurig.ca and does not apply to Keurig® products purchased elsewhere. Beverages (including unopened boxes of K-Cup® pods) cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will be processed within three to four weeks. The credit will be posted to the associated credit card used to make the purchase.

How do I change or cancel my order?

How do I return my brewer?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Keurig® brewer, you may return it to Keurig within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please contact our Customer Service prior to taking advantage of Keurig's Money Back Guarantee. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please note: K-Cup® packs, K-CarafeTM packs, and RivoTM packs are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive credit for my returned item?

Your credit will be processed within three to four weeks and will be applied to the payment method used to make the purchase.
