The extended return policy applies to coffee makers and accessories purchased at Keurig.ca and does not apply to Keurig® products purchased elsewhere. Beverages (including opened boxes of K-Cup® pods) cannot be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will be processed within three to four weeks. The credit will be posted to the associated credit card used to make the purchase.
