What is the Keurig® Perks Program?
The Keurig® Perks program is a rewards program designed to thank our customers for their loyalty on Keurig.ca. They can accumulate Pod Points for a host of privileges.
Is there a registration fee for Keurig® Perks program?
No. It's free to join and no purchase is required to register into the Keurig® Perks Program. However, you can earn Pod Points upon purchase of: K-Cup® pods, K-Carafe® pods or Rivo® pods.
How do I join Keurig® Perks?
All consumers with an account on Keurig.ca are automatically enrolled in the Keurig® Perks program. All consumers can join the program by subscribing to Keurig.ca newsletter, creating an account on Keurig.ca, making your first purchase on Keurig.ca, or registering your coffee maker.
Can I unsubscribe to Keurig® Perks communication?
Yes. You can unsubscribe to Keurig® Perks communication using the unsubscribe link in the email communication that we’ve send to you. An unsubscribe to Keurig® Perks communication will automatically unsubscribe yourself to all Keurig® communications.

What are the benefits of Keurig® Perks program?
Collecting Pod Points helps you advance through the 3 Perk levels, where you’ll have access to free samples, amazing offers, exclusive content, and more.
How can I maintain my current level?
You do not lose your current Perks status if you are at the Inspired level. You can stay in this level forever. For the Enthusiastic members only, you can lose your current Perks status if you do not make at least one purchase each 24 months on Keurig.ca from your date of entry in your current level. We will send you a reminder email to renew your current status. For the Passionate members, you can lose your current Perks status if you do not earn at least 480 Pod Points each year. We will send you a reminder email to renew your current status.
If I’m promoted to a new level before I’ve used all my offers from the previous level, will I lose them?
No. Your unused offers from the previous level will still be available to you in your My Offers section. However, if you lose your current status, you will still have access to all unused offers.

How It Works

Earning Points

How can I earn Pod Points?
Make sure your have an account at Keurig.ca. Once this is done, you'll start earning Pod Points from your very first purchase. You can only earn Pod Points when you purchase K-Cup® pods, K-Carafe® pods or Rivo® pods (i.e. 24ct Box of Pods = 24 Pod Points), and when you purchase a bundle containing K-Cup® pods or K-Carafe® pods. They will be added to your account when the order is billed and shipped (within approximately 48 hours).
How long does it take for points to be added to my account after completing a purchase?
After completing a purchase, it can take up to 48 hours for points to be added to your account.
Can I earn points on in-store purchases?
No. The only place that you can earn Pod Points is exclusively on Keurig.ca.
How many Pod Points do I need to reach each level?
The Inspired Level (1) is attained by subscribing to Keurig.ca newsletter, creating an account on Keurig.ca, making your first purchase on Keurig.ca, or registering your coffee maker. The Enthusiastic Level (2) is attained by accumulating 240 Pod Points, and the Passionate Level (3) is attained by accumulating 480 Pod Points in one year. Upon earning 3,000 Pod Points within the Passionate Level, you qualify for 50% off on any Keurig® coffee maker.
How will I know when I’ve reached the next perks level?
We will send you an email, notifying you when you’ve achieved a new Perks level but you can always see your current level in the Keurig® Perks section of your "My Account" on Keurig.ca.
How many Pod Points can I collect?
There is no maximum number of points that you can collect.
Do I earn points from pods I purchased with coupons?
Yes. When you purchase K-Cup® pods even with a coupon, you will still earn Pod Points.
Why do I have more Pod Points than I’ve earned?
If we had your information in our system prior to launching the Keurig® Perks program, we began collecting your points since October 1st, 2017.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my offers?
You can view all your offers in your My Offers section in your "My Account". Simply copy and paste the coupon code from this section into your cart at checkout to redeem an offer. Some offers will be applied automatically such as the Buy More Save More exclusive offers.
Can I use multiple coupon codes on one order?
No. Unless otherwise stated in the disclaimer of your coupon, only one coupon per order is allowed.
How do I get 50% off a Keurig® coffee maker?
Once you’ve reached the accumulated 3,000 Pod Points and are at the Passionate Level (3), you will qualify for 50% off on any Keurig® coffee maker of your choice (maximum of 1 per 3 years). You will receive an email with the specific coupon code where you can copy and paste the code at checkout.
What rewards am I entitled to after I reach 3,000 Pod Points and claim my 50% Keurig® coffee maker?
After you claim your 50% OFF Keurig® coffee maker, you will continue to stay at the Passionate level, if you earn 480 Pod Points per year. If you want to have another 50% off on any Keurig® coffee maker you will have to wait 3 years and have another 3000 Pod Points and still be in the Passionate Level.
Can I share my Pod Points with another Perks member?
No. Pod Points earned by a Perks member are not transferable to another member account. Any transfer of a benefit, privilege or bonus in your name to a third party is strictly prohibited.
How many discovery packs am I entitled to?
Each Perks member will receive one free Discovery Pack with every order, starting at their second order at the Inspired Level. Each box will contain 6 K-Cup® pods of coffee blends for you to sample.
Can I pick the blends in my discovery pack?
No. The blends are pre-selected to give you a broad experience of coffee varieties.

Order Cancellation & Expiration

I cancelled my order - what happened to my points?
If you cancelled or refunded your order, you will lose the corresponding Pod Points.
When do my Pod Points expire?
You can keep your current Pod Points balance indefinitely.
