HOLIDAY SPICE LATTE EGGNOG

There’s no more classic holiday beverage than a delicious, homemade eggnog. The perfect drink to sip while opening gifts or playing board games, our version gets a twist with the addition of a cup of our Holiday Spice Latte—so beautifully spiced and creamy that we bet you’ll be drinking it way past the holidays.

  • 1 In a bowl, blend egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer for about 10 minutes, until thick and light in color.
  • 2 Add brandy and rum and blend with electric mixer.
  • 3 Add cream and cold Holiday Spice Latte and blend to thoroughly dissolve sugar. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • 4 Beat egg whites in a bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold into eggnog.
  • 5 Pour into frosted glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.

  • ¼ cup rum
  • 1½ cups thick 15% cream
  • 10 oz. (290 ml) of Van Houtte® Holiday Spice Latte, brewed and cooled down
  • ¼ tsp. (1 ml) freshly ground nutmeg
