Chocolate-Caramel Popsicles

Anytime is a good time to savour the rich flavour of chocolate. Brew Laura Secord® Hot Chocolate and freeze it for a refreshing treat. Layers of caramel and creamy cocoa come together in this surprising popsicle recipe. Yum!


  • 2 Laura Secord® Hot Chocolate K-Cup® packs, brewed at 8 oz
  • Caramel chips
  • Chocolate chips


  • 4 popsicles molds


  1. Brew the Laura Secord® Hot Chocolate and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Place a few chocolate and caramel chips in the bottom of the molds and top with the cooled hot chocolate until each is half-filled.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour and put the remaining hot chocolate aside.
  4. Remove from freezer. Sprinkle another layer of chocolate and caramel chips and fill up with the remaining cooled hot chocolate.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze until completely solid (4-6 hours).
  6. Run molds under warm water to release the frozen treats, and enjoy!
