Yes wanted to use my own coffee so this was a fit. At first I had a few grounds. but Bath & Beyond had small Perfect Pod EZ- CARAFE disposable filters larger ones bar code 6 30816 09092 8. BB Staff checked computer, did order larger size, delivered to my home within 3 days. NO MORE GROUNDS ENJOY

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible warranty I bought the machine two years ago for the cottage - used only on weekends. Now keeps saying preheating and doesn't do anything, out of warranty. Seems to me a lot of people had this same problem after one year. Should last longer than this - can't afford to buy a new machine every two years, especially since it's only used on weekends.

I bought the 2.0 series coffee maker thinking it was higher quality seeing that it was more expensive. 17 months later it stops working!!! I called customer service and because it's over the 1 year warranty they suggested I just buy a new one. I asked him if they are only made to last a year, I only brew 1 cup a day minus the time we are away so it's not overly used. He then offered me 35% off on my next purchase and he was sorry to hear that I was having problems with the maker. I don't understand based on reading multiple reviews why they seem to break down just after the 1 year mark and why they would think that I would be so eager to buy my next one from them seeing that 35% is not a great deal at all!!! Having to spend $200 every other year on a Keurig coffee maker doesn't seem like this is a great product to purchase. How about replacing it and standing by your product, after all was it not meant to brew coffee past the 1 year mark???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointment! I am wriiting this because of the disappointment with our Keurig K200 Plus machine. We purchased our Keurig after being at our daughter's & she had one. When we purchased our Keurig we never used it for the first four months because my husband was leaving for work so early in the am to take the time to make a coffee. Once we did start using it we only used it three or four times a month. One day we had company & made coffee for everyone. The next morning my husband went to use it & it wouldn't work. Keeps telling us that the pods are not compatible with our machine. We have used over half the box & not a problem. Now all of a sudden they say they aren't the right ones. I have cleaned our machine numerous times & taken every part that can come out washed & put back. Called you people a couple of times & the last time I phoned you told us there was nothing you could do...we would have to purchase a new machine. I started calling just before our wattanty was out & by the time I called the last time they said our warranty was up so they didn't have to do anything & they would give us 20% towards the purchace of a new one. After paying 169.00 plus taxes 20% is not alot to purchase a new one considering our other one didn't even last a year & wasn't used for the first four months. Right now we are in no position to purchase a new one with my husband not being able to return to work because of health reasons & I am a dialysis patient & have several other health issues so I am unable to work. Now that my husband is not working he really misses his coffee maker. I am so disappointed & disgusted with your company. I thought there was more you could do & I definitely think you should have replaced the machine. Hope you are having a great day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgrade for sure! I just upgraded to the K200 Plus from an original Keurig, and it's so nice! It has a lot of new options that I really like. I especially love how I can adjust to the cup size a little easier than on my original.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Coffee Maker!!!!!!!!! This is my second machine worst machine ever. Have coffee grinds in my cup every morning, they told me to clean it, I did everything they said and still every morning and up with coffee grinds in my coffee. Would never recommend this coffee machines to anyone it doesn't matter what I do end up with coffee grinds in my coffee. On a positive note Keurig has been very helpful and has replaced it twice but now I'm hoping to get a different machine that will not leave coffee grounds in my coffee.
