For our 5-minute morning meditation, we’re looking to enhance the tea or coffee’s relaxing effect on our body, by relaxing our mind.
Enjoy Your Space
Start by making your way gently to your space dedicated to the coffee ritual: your coffee corner. Take a moment to enjoy the personal touches, decorations, or colours that show your personality.

Find a soft chair or pillow to sit on (try to always use the same one, to strengthen the coffee ritual by making it simple and easy).
While breathing normally, pay attention to the air moving in and out of your body. Take a very short pause after each breath out.
Feel every part of your body relaxing. You can even softly say “I’m enjoying a simple, relaxing cup of coffee,” to reinforce the feeling.
